The mechanism of incidence of knee pain caused by the Osteoarthritis of the knee(OA) and complained by athletes has never been established. However, I considered that those pain are caused by gap or subluxation over the meniscus as a result of transformation of soft part. On the theory mentioned above, I have successfully treated a lot of patients through more than 10,000 cases, based on 20 year clinical experience. I would like to introduce here the image of subluxation of meniscus and the result of treatment by means of supersonic wave, which are introduced first in the world. In the meantime, the variation of soft part means the hardening of (skin,fascia,muscle,tendon,ligament),tension,adhesion,atrophy.
